Advancing with e-Business: Case Studies
In 2002, National Office for the Information Economy (NOIE) commissioned professional services firm Ernst & Young to identify and examine those small and medium businesses in Australia that were successfully using advanced e-business technologies. This project is one element of the Government's $6.5 million e-business strategy commitment to assist small and medium sized businesses to gain access to the benefits available through e-business.
The result is a set of case studies (below), which NOIE has published under the title of 'Advancing with e-business'. This set of case-studies demonstrates how e-business can help small to medium businesses reap significant efficiencies, provide access to new markets, change relationships with customers and improve service qualities.
For ease of reference, the matrix on this page gives details of the particular focus and location of each study.
