HiBIS Guidelines
The Guidelines are the primary document for operation of the scheme. The main sections cover consumer and service provider participation in the Scheme. The Guidelines are 74 pages in length.
The General Attachments to the Guidelines provide additional operational information about HiBIS. They are referenced in the Guidelines and should be read in conjunction with them. The document is 23 pages.
HiBIS Updates
Updates to the Scheme may include amendments to the HiBIS Guidelines and Guidelines Attachments. Updates should be read in conjunction with both these documents.
