Draft Guidelines
On 8 August 2007, the Expert Taskforce released its draft Guidelines for high speed broadband network infrastructure proposals for public comment.
The draft Guidelines include a proposal form and set out the:
- proposed objectives of the process
- assessment criteria
- consultation and confidentiality arrangements
- indicative timetable for the process

The closing date for submissions on the draft Guidelines was 29 August 2007. In light of a number of requests from stakeholders, the Expert Taskforce will consider submissions provided they are received by close of business, Friday, 31 August 2007. Submissions received are being published on the Expert Taskforce's webpage.

The Expert Taskforce reserves the right not to publish documents or other information on this website that it receives from industry or the public, where it considers it is not appropriate to do so.
The Expert Taskforce is now considering the submissions and reviewing the draft Guidelines in the light of comments made by industry and the public.
