Online service locator and demand register
This facility serves a number of purposes, including:
- allowing customers to search for broadband service providers offering equivalent services in their local area;
- providing a means for eligible customers who are unable to access an equivalent service in their premises to register their interest in receiving one;
- supplying registered providers with information about the location of potential customers on the Demand Register, allowing them to design networks capable of servicing them; and
- allowing registered providers to contact customers on the demand register when they can offer a service to their premises.
After a customer has been on the demand register for a total of six months (subsequent to the start of the program) their premises will be deemed eligible to receive a high cost service.
Access the online service locator and demand register.
